Not Always so Bright
Average work environment
Support from management
Hard to reach someone by phone/text and receive a response. A lot of turnover lately.
Most staff seems to get along well.
Freedom to work independently
They claim to have lots of cases available but rarely offered ones unless you ask daily. Even then, you don't always receive a response.
Communication is lacking. Leave several messages and rarely hear back.
Not much room for advancement.
Overall compensation for your work
No benefits offered. Pay varies depending on the case. Pays more than several other companies.
Willing to work around your schedule but if you can't do a case one time you are passed over next time for any new opportunities.
Job is not stable. Constant last minute changes with cases ending without notice and no others offered.
Safety training and standards provided.
I feel skills needed are minimal. Would like to see more challenging cases.
Suggestions for improvement
- Give a list of open cases to choose from instead of thinking you may not want a certain case.
What I like about the company
Flexible hours and higher pay on certain cases.
What I dislike about the company
No job security. Worrying each week if I will get any hours.
