Brinkman Precision, Inc.: What's it like to work here?

It has been a good experience thus far, I have learned a lot about the plastics manufacturing industry.

What I like

I met a longtime girlfriend while working for this company, we dated for 3 years. It was a good time, and I wouldn't trade it in for anything. I've learned a whole lot of different skills on the job and I will be able to use those skills in the future. The company has been very flexible with me as far as letting me take off work to deal with some family matters, as well as letting me take a temporary hiatus from work while I was searching for housing in 2015. They have been more than accomodating.

What I dislike

I don't really disapprove of much, we should get more time off and they sure do work us pretty hard, but other than that its a pretty decent situation I guess you could say.

Suggestions for improvement

I would fire my boss, I would stop all the needless company expenditures, and save them a whole lot of money in the process. I would also hire a few attractive females to work in the office, and fire some of the old mean ladies that currently work there. I would also do some other great things, not yet thought of.
