I like about the employer

Easy job

I dislike about the employer

Poorly managed company. You can work 12-15 hours in a day and only get a 30 minute lunch break and they don't want you to take more than one 15 minute break most of the time. It's like working in a high school where everyone gossips about each other except everyone is in their 30s plus. There's lots of favoritism. People lie to your face and tell management another story. You get paid time off, but they only let you get it if you've been there a while. It has to be taken a week at a time so you can't take a few days off here and there. They start you off at $12 something and you get a 30 cent raise the next two years. After that you won't get a raise for 2 years if i remember. If you're a supervisor then you won't get a raise for 5 years I believe but you start off higher. Highest paid hourly position is $17 for firearms trainer. The messengers cry everyday about how messed up the company is. For messengers and drivers they only pay you for 5 hours of overtime then you go back to regular pay until you reach 60 hours. Yes this is legal unfortunately. look it up. 12 hours was a minimum of hours we worked everyday. There's no end time. Don't mess up or they'll be on your back even if you're new. My scheduled changed 4 times in the year I was there from nights to mornings, to earlier mornings, to earlier mornings, without my consent. Highly unethical company. Cameras don't work most the time so don't let them scare you. Nobody is watching you as many cameras as there are. You'll only get in trouble if some suspects you other than that feel free. Plenty of people have gotten out scotch free. Pun intended.
