Suggestions for improvement
- The union allows for inexperienced, older personnel to transfer positions when it should really go to someone more qualified that is not in the union...
What I like about the company
Although I am not in the union there, many positions are. The contract is very appealing to the workers.
What I dislike about the company
For me specifically I continued professional development, paid for out of my own pocket, and was denied a raise upon completion. If you are in the union, they cover 50% tuition reimbursement and annual stipends, depending on the # of credits. I was very disappointed for their lack of regard for my efforts.
