its decent paying job alot of lazy employees and some staff slacks bad

What I like

paid vacations and also what i love the most is working with the people who live there the residents. they are so friendly and all need love

What I dislike

the lazy staff sometimes they sit around and literally do nothing just talk and eat and get paid while others in same job title have to do it all and manager does nothing because they are family

Suggestions for improvement

fire some people get rid of the lazy bad people and hire better harder workers who actually deserve their paycheck
