Suggestions for improvement
- I would change it from a "call center" feeling to a more comfortable, typical office feeling to allow a better work environment since employees are always on the phone.
What I like about the company
I have received many feedbacks on the work I do and they have been varied but always insightful and always to help do better and promote growth rather than to bring down and diminish the job being done.
What I dislike about the company
It is a very stressful job and can get overwhelming. It unfortunately cannot be turned off for a day to allow time to catch up.
