Unrealistic targets, requests of complex information on a whim that will never be reviewed, when conflict between employees arise, doesn't involve all parties to make a sound decision. Seems to only listen to ones who are the loudest. Introverts who only want to do their work for the improvement of the platform will be passed over. Every decision is a need-to-know basis. Top 7 are all best friends; lacks objective decision making.
