Company Culture

Stated to be a Christian based company however not conducted fairly in a lot of cases.

Support from management

You work hard and it goes unnoticed. They don't try and help you advance in pay or title from within. They would rather hire from the outside make you train a person that comes in above you or with more pay.

Teamwork

The employees work well together. However management and the uppers not so well. Communication is laking.
