The Culture is distant for most of the workers. This company deals in Work At Home Contracts or Third Party On-Site temporary projects. The only culture you might encounter is via telephone or Instant Message. Temp assignments can work for some but their culture is to keep you in an assignment if it goes past the contracted date. No consideration for the employees needs JUST STRICTLY YOU MUST STAY OR YOU WILL BE MARKED AS NO RE*HIRE !
Support from Management
Management is distant maybe because most of the workers are at home and on -site. They enjoy the " Chain of Command" premise so it can keep employees talking to the immediate supervisors. If the employee strikes a positive working relationship with the immediate supervisor then it can be positive and beneficial to both. There is a large gray area in most edicts from management.Who is running the show? Is it the local contract owner or the BroadPath Manager. It means the Broadpath employee has to be super flexible and have very little say in the schedule and working hours.
