Company culture

its all who you know

Support from Management

Absolutely horrendous

Gender Equality

no - not at all . its the good old boys club

Eco-consciousness

Nobody likes each other. everyone fears for their jobs quarterly

Job security

Quarterly cuts are made to reach double digit earnings. once you make too much money, your out the door

Inclusive/Diverse

Very diverse, however, very separated, ethic groups do not speak to each other,
Very , very uncomfortable

Suggestions for improvement

  • Dear Management: Go put yourselves out of business please Heads/supervisors get promoted just like that whereas the largely middle/working class people are kept trapped below

What I like about the company

HARDLY ANYTHING - just sounds cool that you worked at Broadridge to certain employers (who know what Broadridge is)
Also, I got hired through Randstad (a staffing agency) and the people there are GREAT! Can't believe they work for these asses

Support from Management

CYA the managers are primarily interested in looking good not the employees.

Teamwork

Some team members work harder then others.

Level of Autonomy

A select few are looked after.

Attitude towards older colleagues

Rarely does anyone get to retire. They believe in outsourcing anyone over 50.

Office/Work Environment

Often work alone.

Job security

None.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Outsourcing is not ok, management has a very gung ho attitude toward outsourcing employees - They are all for it, regardless of this effects their clients.
