Because of the negative culture every department is out for themselves and will back stab or take advantage of a situation.
Support from Management
Very negative culture. Easy to feel like your job is always on the line.
Level of Autonomy
Never had any real "job description" or path to take for success.
Regular meetings which consists of yelling and screaming about the numbers. The problem is that the numbers were always different then what was actually produced.
