No team work
Over worked and underpayed. Only company that pays less PRN. Such an insult to the medical field.
No job security, work overtime and have to beg for days off or vacation days.
Yes, I'm a hard worker, like to get the job done.
Suggestions for improvement
- First raise PRN's pay scale, and treat all Brooks Employees equal when it comes to insurance and pay rate. They show racism when it comes to what you make an hour.
