Suggestions for improvement
- I would offer a better suite of benefit packages.
I liked the people I worked with. Some of my supervisors were caring, helpful individuals. The product was fun to work with.
The company changed focus from a customer service focus to a focus purely on sales. It didn't matter how good you were at other management skills (development, organization, delegation, communication etc) if you didn't make the numbers it didn't matter. Also, some in higher management would ask for your honest opinion on issues and new initiatives, and if you had any concerns you got labeled as a "trouble maker"
