Suggestions for improvement
- We all matter! Not just the Drs. and Nurses. Everyone! Acknowledge everyone and every department. Broward Health can’t operate with the Drs. and Nurses. Successful operation comes from every person and every department. Promote within. Managers need to stop playing favorites. Treat everyone fairly. A lot of favoritism in the departments. Pay fair wages. A 1% to 2% raise is terrible when you are making less than $17 an hour. Bonuses for all. Not only for upper management or Central Business Offices. We haven’t received a 1 to 3 day bonus in years. Possibly because Medicaid Fraud Lawsuit.
What I like about the company
Employee Benefits. Accrue PL (personal leave) hours every pay period. Separate DL (Disability Leave) when you’re out 4 days or more, Pension plan, 401B company matches up to certain %. Movie tickets discount, cafeteria discounts.
