Suggestions for improvement
- They need to screen their cases better and have a higher standard so the paralegals will have a more manageable caseload and therefore able to give the level of customer service that they expect from their paralegals.
I like about the employer
They are very family oriented.
I dislike about the employer
They overwork their employees and their expectations are unreachable. The caseloads are extremely high and they expect high customer service at the same time is trying to manage the extremely high caseload. They can't seem to hire enough staff to manage the influx of cases.
