Suggestions for improvement
- Get someone in that has a vision for the company. This field has become very competitive and the technology is horribly outdated. Call Center is run efficiently and effectively...other departments, not so much.
What I like about the company
There is fair amount of autonomy and the employees are great for the most part. Fun industry. Working with events and event organizers.
What I dislike about the company
Outdated technology. Complete lack of direction. Horrible communication. Dead end job. No career path at all.
