Suggestions for improvement
- Respect your employees instead of playing games with them
They talk about training but if you're not an attorney, they don't do much.
Raises are a thing of the past. They keep thanking employees for helping them have record-breaking years but do not reward them. They claim they pay higher than market average for most support positions but actions speak louder than words.
Management by intimidation doesn't work.
