Suggestions for improvement
- The agency needs to hire/appoint a outside spokesperson for staff aside from Human Resources Director and Attorney as these individuals are also biased in favor of the CEO.
What I like about the company
The agency offers good benefits.
What I dislike about the company
CEO is biased towards staff members both positive and negative. If you are liked then you have the opportunity to get promoted; if not, then your days are numbered. Difficult to work with.
