Very aggressive and poor training, Extraordinarily unrealistic expectations. If you were not a manager your opinion received eye rolls and smirks.
Level of Autonomy
The work load was INSANE! and you didn't dare complain. They would give you a months worth of work and expect you to get it done in a 40hr week..
