Leadership doesn't listen to employees, they don't effectively communicate with employees. They have consistently made bad hires within leadership which has effected the organization as a whole resulting in a constant turnover in the corporate office as well as in the organization as a whole since 2006 when they opened.
Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to your employees, pay attention to the industry, learn the staffing business.
