Discourage Team Work Do it yourself and don't ask for help.
Overall Compensation for your work
Very low wages
No Life very long hours, no set hours you go home when its done.
Non Union no protection, in fact a very high turn over rate.
Suggestions for improvement
- Make it a Union Shop and stop the slavery!
