Senior leadership is out of touch and cannot provide strategy, mentoring, current tools or engagement at any level below executive staff.
Suggestions for improvement
- Just roll them into Instron and stop pretending.
What I like about the company
Niche market, good history, ries on their reputation for too long and cannot possibly catch up.
What I dislike about the company
Poor leadership, lack of cohesive direction, pound wise and penny foolish, stripping high cost talent, lost skills and knowledge, closed, defiant dictatorship.
