Nonexistent between the Executive Director and staff.
Makes get paid more than females.

Overall compensation for your work
Workload and pay do not balance out.
Office / Work Environment
Stressful and unhealthy
There is none, you work around the clock to get the work done because there is not enough staff hired due to poor financial budgeting.

Suggestions for improvement
- Hire an Executive Director that has experience running a museum. Recruit board members with a museum background. BNHV is a living history museum and only 1 person on the board has experience in that field. They just hired a curator who doesn’t have the experience to be in that position.
What I like about the company
The events that they hold.
What I dislike about the company
How the Board and the Executive Director treats the staff and volunteers.
