There are so many departments, and one often doesn't know what the other is doing.

They try, but with so many different personalities it's not possible.

Not at all. We are often limited by the district, despite having master's degree.

With the exception of technology, yes.
No, unless you sell more education you are very limited. If you change positions you lose tenure

Not even close. They all for more and more each year including time and job requirements
Office / Work Environment
Most of the time, but dinner temperatures are boarder line inhumane
No. We've seen recycled materials being thrown away.
YesWe have plenty of time off, but during the school year is very hard to find a balance. The expectations are nearly impossible.
I feel good doing what I do, but wonder if I'm making a difference
We work with very needed corner who often have little home support.

Suggestions for improvement
- Offer more time to complete the task that are required. So much is expected to be done on personal time.
What I like about the company
The emotional rewarded of helping children make a lot of the other issues with it.
What I dislike about the company
If you are going to hire adults with advanced level of education, stop micromanaging and trust us!
