Support from Management
Current management is very poor due to inconsistent behavior toward employees, making it a hostile work environment as well as affecting the clientele and the repeat business that has dropped significantly with the change in leadership. Corporate is guilty as well the specific restaurant I worked at, North Overland Park, Kansas. I lost my job because I contacted Human Resources about the disrespectful behavior of my Regional Manager and GM.
Attitude towards older colleagues
The efforts made by long term employees were met with hostility and often derogatory comments.
