Suggestions for improvement
- Treat your employees with respect and care. They're working for you and making you money, so you should honor that. frequently people were made to feel like they didn't work it out, even though for two years we worked overtime consistently. Some people work 80-hour weeks every single week, and got no accolades.
What I like about the company
Loved my coworkers and the culture we created at night.
What I dislike about the company
Management, frequent firings, not getting rid of sexual harassers, not valuing employees skills or time, consistently blaming rather than lifting up, fear of retribution if the upper management didn't like you, unfair treatment across departments, each year less and less money given for either bonuses or raises (some people only got 12 cents or so), no HR confidentiality, the list goes on.
