What I like

I can't think of any, it's a good starting point as long as you move to something better later

What I dislike

Pay scale, bumping rights, doesn't care about their employees

Suggestions for improvement

Thinking more about what's best for the students better pay for those taking care of those students

What I like

Most people get along well. It is an educational climate, so seeing successes with students is rewarding.

What I dislike

There is not a lot of room for growth for classified employees. You have to be happy working for low wages without the ability to get more money. Raises only come with Union negotiations and they are only successful every four years or so.

Suggestions for improvement

Except for low salaries, things are good. It is a job in public education, so perks that people get in the private industries are not something you get. This cannot be changed.
