Employees don't like

Abusive. Lack of communication. No training. ABUSIVE ABUSIVE ABUSIVE
Management. Office manager is so fake and doesn’t know a thing about her position, how to talk to other people respectfully, or how to take responsibility for her own actions.
The way that a certain partner treats the respective "minions" with statements and e-mails that others can hear/see/read. I find it unprofessional.

Close. This business has abusive firm partners and will not change their ways, even though they have lost half their staff through COVID
I know there’s always room for improvement. BHH made many improvements already
