Overall they seem to care about their employees
Support from management
Immediate management is great.
Management seems to like to pigeon hole people in their current position and training is rarely given to get people either better in their current position or get them training to more to their next position in the organization.
Suggestions for improvement
- Management needs to do a better job of listening to and valuing the suggestions of our customers.
What I like about the company
For most employees having the ability to work either remotely or to have a flexible schedule are nice. They seem to value the work/home dynamic.
What I dislike about the company
The lack of training that is afforded. We will submit a training plan as part of our yearly review and then nothing comes of it even though they say that we will get some of our training that we ask for.
