Suggestions for improvement
- Flush out the older management and those mid-level micromanagers to allow more creative workflow to permeate the company and realize that not all employees need to fit the same mold to provide the same level of competent work.
What I like about the company
If one did not fit in (socialize excessively), one was forced to resign or look for other employment.
What I dislike about the company
Employees that provided equally beneficial work were not compensated equally. Males were often encouraged to speak their minds more than females with equally creative ideas.
