Suggestions for improvement
- Simply listen to your employees. If there's open communication, then employees will see the effort and may actually want to stay.
What I like about the company
It was just a job for me, since there's absolutely nothing else that would be considered as positive.
What I dislike about the company
Where do I start?? This company refuses to spend money to make money... such as the building having problems like water leaking from the ceiling(every time it rains)/electric issues such as burning smell in the office(fire dept. was called to inspect)/the smell of sewer surrounds the whole office(sewage lines next door)/ lowering my pay once I was hired from being a contractor to an employee. Who does that!? I've never heard of a company downgrading your pay to keep you. The stress is beyond my comprehension that upper management refuses to listen, just to save a buck or two. The turn over is so extremely high that I've lost count of how many people have left in the past year. Executives always turn the other way and won't address the elephant in the room! It's so obvious!
