It felt fractured. The GM overworked himself, creating an underlying uneasiness among staff.
The GM was hands on and worked harder than any I've previously worked with. Therein lied the problem. His choice in hiring employees was subpar, leaving him to bear the extra burden. Too stressed out from work, his squeezed-in interviews were unfocused. And around and around we go...
