Amazed they haven't closed yet.
Many of the GM'S know each other and there is a lot of cliques. Led to the job feeling like a high school.
Support from management
Management was all buddies. You have an issue with you, they'll defend their pal over believing you.
See above. 10 people left in 3 months.
There is a severe lack. The GM I worked for was on her phone a lot of the time "talking to her boss." Didn't really help out on line when we needed it.
Given that an autistic employee was mistreated enough he walked out, I'm going to say it was nonexistent. Also, there was no way a quadriplegic could maneuver the restaurant.
Suggestions for improvement
- Fire the gm and just transfer any good employees to other stores. The location I worked at was a money pit.
