Better material for fryer and broiler gloves and basically the entire get up to clean the fryers would more than likely increase job safety or rather, less burns. It would be nice for the new generation of emoloyees and maybe an every month or so of rotation on that particular equipment.
Suggestions for improvement
- More appreciation towards employees even at the restaurant level. Perhaps raises for anyone that stays longer than a year. Better safety equipment. More oversight over restaurant management.
