What I like about the company
I love working at BurgerFi. Always keep their food fresh and delicious. Always taking care of the guest first. It’s terrible when we can’t make everyone happy, but try our best to do so. Prices are a little high which makes you feel for the guest. But they are paying for the quality versus the quantity that you receive at other burger restaurants. They very much care about the guest experience from ambiance, to service and quality of the food. They make sure all the burgers are hot and juicy, their fries are crispy and crunchy fries, always in an exceptionally clean restaurant, by friendly and energized staff. I feel that the staff is missing out on gratuity when all restaurant let their employees receive gratuity, especially being in a tourist party of the city. But overall my Burgerfi, and proud to work there.
What I dislike about the company
Over simplying everything. And making their staff follow blindly their methods.
