Suggestions for improvement
- More meetings with management and employees to spark new ideas in the workplace.
Bosses are generally easy going.
If you are one the sales floor and the cashiers need help, then you must go and this takes precious time from your duties. A bigger mess is likely to await you when you return to your department. Also, if cashiers call out, then you will have to pick up the slack, which is not fair.
Sometimes the bosses will direct you. Sometimes they will order you to clean up a messy area that is likely to become messy in the next 2 hours.
