Overall compensation for your work
Relatively low pay for office workload. Major pay gap between Drivers and Office Staff. Company offers weekly pay with fully paid benefits.
In this industry job security is dependent on the ability for the company to secure service contracts. Company will do an attempt to relocate an employee before being dismissed if a contract has expired or granted to another company.
Some offices are in need of some work. For example the Azusa Division does not offer any type of accessability for the disabled.
Due to the nature of the Industry it is crucial that Drivers and Labor employees follow safety guidelines.

- Company can definitely improve offering job opportunties to already existing emloyees primarily for office staff.
