My dad was just hospitalized here and they saved his life. I will have nothing but good things to say about this hospitals care ever! I’m very thankful to all my coworkers for all their hardwork
The company is very understanding with it comes to personal or family issue. They are also willing to work with you any way they can.

Employees don't like

Sometimes I feel as if some people are placed in a pedal stool above everyone else and it’s not fair and no one else can move up even with hard work
The unfair treatment of staff. Instead of removing the inadequate employees they provide special accommodations for them, then use the hard working employees to make up for what the others won't do.
I think that they need to trust their employees more as they attempted to micromanage professionals and questions ideas and decisions. their was a lack of managerial support
I would think that upper management would look at its practices and who they promote. As they tend to protect those in management even if life threatening wrong doing has happened
Staffing is always an issue and i don’t feel like there is any roomForAdvancement

Suggestions for improvement

Coffee shop being open at night would be wonderful for night shift workers.. daycare facility would also be wonderful
They need to clean house and get rid of managers that have been there for years, especially those that do not do their jobs. I know several employees who have managers that have been constantly reprimanded and they are still working with BMH. All they want is a body in the position. They have lost too many good people in the past few years.
I would want leadership to get more training about being effective supervisors, managing conflict resolution, and promoting diversity and understanding in the workplace. This is what employees want but managers shouldn't be expected to make change without proper training.
Spread the work load out more evenly among the employees each shift. Stop scheduling people for “turn around” shifts
Seniority issues need to be looked at for staffing moving up in the workforce. There needs to be a clear policy.
