Suggestions for improvement
- More dedicated routes would be nice.
Dispatch and Managment practice favoritism wholeheartedly. Problem employees (those who value patient care, safety, working equipment, etc) are dealt with harshly.
Management is incompetent and you are simply a number and a pawn.
While there are good and bad co-workers, the bad ones are really bad. They are lazy and don't take their runs and hence other crews get hammered with runs.
