Suggestions for improvement

  • More dedicated routes would be nice.

Company Culture

Dispatch and Managment practice favoritism wholeheartedly. Problem employees (those who value patient care, safety, working equipment, etc) are dealt with harshly.

Support from management

Management is incompetent and you are simply a number and a pawn.

Teamwork

While there are good and bad co-workers, the bad ones are really bad. They are lazy and don't take their runs and hence other crews get hammered with runs.

Company Culture

Again unless you're on the list of favorites you're not valued

Support from management

Dispatchers have no clue what it takes to be a trucker. They are extremely DISRESPECTFUL when things don't go their way. They also curse you out and threaten you just because they feel froggy sitting behind glass. I have evidence of that if needed

Teamwork

Unless you're on their favorites list they'll exploit you
