Management gossips about employees. It's a small company the one in charge of the stores is not professional
Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to employees. Treat them with respect Don't make them work extra long hours on holidays specifically st. Patrick day where some employees are forced to open and close if not risk losing their job
I dislike about the employer
The owner does not listen to the employees concerns. He just listens to one individual he has had as a manager of stores for a while. He doesn't understand that's the reason employees don't last there.
