Support from Management
Nepotism rampant. Absolutely no chance of promotion with decent pay.
Suggestions for improvement
- Clean house. Good ol' boy network and nepotism are the promotion tools in place. Fire the whole lot and start over with people in place who are not from the Stone Age .

Nothing , cheap - petty. Upper management has no clue.
