Suggestions for improvement
- parking. wage increases. this is the lowest paying company of its kind in a 100 mile radius or more
Poor. Administration doesn't treat staff equally nor does it support staff on legitimate issues.
Only a few staff members work well together consistently while others often leave unfinished work for others to do. It's always the same people which creates dissertation among the other staff.
Yearly progress results are shared after employee satisfaction survey is done. Most other communication is passed among the staff.
Supervisor was hardly involved with employees. Always worried about administration
Enjoyed time with some of the staff
Did not like fact that there was no communication between supervisor and employees esp when scheduling came into conflict. Needs to be better organized
