Horrible Habits, Unqualified Officers, & One Big Bad Firm
This company does not deserve any stars. They, (Management), don't like intelligent people, (the security guards), because they, (the security guards), know how the system works. System as in, pay, OT, Sick Pay, HR, etc. C & C Security would rather hire an illegal immigrant that knows nothing, overworks them, then screw them over. I was appalled. This company is in the brink of losing its license.
Support from management
This company is a huge joke. The "scheduling team" and so called "Supervisors" are poorly trained themselves and they make decisions that can or will potentially get the company sued. I'm not sure why they are still in business.
No, basically it's everyone looks out for themselves.

Nobody is, not unless you kiss "rumps" which I never did.

No. At the contrary even though it's required to inform them....they prefer to have the low level employees in the dark.
Overall compensation for your work
No, I believe they owe a lot of people money because they take hours from people's checks and they take money illegally. This is a common practice.
Office / Work Environment
The staff in the office have no more knowledge than a potatoe bug. I overheard a lie and I caught them on it. They reduced the guards hours, ignored the guards, just because management didn't want to deal with them.....
Hahahaha!!! Next question....this question is funny because the main guy of this company spends money like it was toilet paper and buys expensive things and he cannot deny this because everyone has seen his rings on his fingers AND HE BRAGS ABOUT IT!
This company doesn't value anything nor anyone. The more foreign the better.

This company is not stable itself and fire a lot of people to balance their checks books
They rather not have anyone disabled working and prefer not to hire them
No and I'm highly advising for someone to let OSHA know what is going on at this company. They had one person so everything and I felt bad for him
No. I'm going to implore everyone to stay away and have DHS to get involved. I also would like the Labor Board, EDD, IRS, and various others to check this company.
