Suggestions for improvement
- I would recommend management to really listen to their employees and not just look at numbers. The processes are kept as "we've always done it this way" instead of reevaluating efficiency.
What I like about the company
Pay was average. Very flexible with balancing work and life.
What I dislike about the company
Unrealistic goals were given. Workload was not realistic. Customer service lacked due to lack of manpower. Multiple promises of bonuses, raises were made that were not kept even after achieving goals.
