Suggestions for improvement
- Limit web related and phone related conferences to one time per month. Set sales goals based on location, and previous sales for the same month the year prior. Reward center directors based on overall improvement in sales and student retention instead of just meeting the budget for the month/quarter. Discontinue the ridiculous academic webinar quizzes.
