- Complete change of corporate and call center site directors, operations managers, training managers and HR management
What I like about the company
The people who report to me. They are the only reason I continue to work here.
What I dislike about the company
It is a do as I say work enviorment. They preach an open door policy but that is far from the case. If you "talk" to someone about the negative things that are going on and offer suggestions for improvement, you get placed on a hit list of who will be laid off next.
