No standard recurrent training, no training when promoted to management level you're just expected to start doing everything whether you know it's a job responsibility or not.
Overall compensation for your work
Lowest wages of competing companies. Health insurance costs almost what you make in two weeks and has an extremely high deductible with minimal benefits.
Many companies that they hire for have blackout periods on time off that can last 4 months.
Suggestions for improvement
- Pay normal wages instead of huge bonuses to executive level staff, value people and invest in their development. Set realistic expectations. Promote based on employee performance and contribution instead of hand picked acquaintances who are personable but have no experience and require others to do 60% of their job.
