Rules change weekly, leadership doesn't have answers to questions and don't return calls.
Provides minimal if any tools to employees to increase sales, yet takes all the credit.
Support from management
Mangement does not care for their employees, they use them for the knowledge to train new employees in order to pay lower salaries for same positions.
Co-workers are great, leadership fails.
Freedom to work independently
Micromanaging to an obtuse point.
Lack of response to phone calls, or snarky unprofessional emails are sent by supervisors.
Overall compensation for your work
Salaries that end up being sub $15 an hour when all time spent on work duties is considered.
No commission at all for employees that develop and maintain territories that leadership has no hand in developing.
Steals employee personal time in the name of "salary".
High turnover rate with lack of proper compensation, work-life balance, and structure to a company that is not reinventing the wheel. They sell other people's products, not make it and yet their system or understanding on how to expand markets is underwhelming.
Easy mechanical work that is complicated by bad software that is updated regularly with more bugs then fixes.
Suggestions for improvement
What I dislike about the company
Lack of organization, flailing in the wind type of atmosphere.
Bad software with no real improvement on the horizon with lack of direction from a good project manager to develop proper tools.
