Suggestions for improvement
- people first, employees second.
Constant layoffs and reorganizing, constantly passing more of benefits costs to employees. Constant fear of staying under radar to keep job. Culture of older managers protecting older employees and targeting younger ones to protect their own. Constant big brother feel to every task, even down to use of printers and getting a new pen to write with.
Too many self-promoters and managers eager to manage up, not there teams.
Too many fire drills and not enough forethought
It depends on the team you are on. Some are fantastic, others not so much.
Depends on your manager but the culture is mostly micro-managers
Most communications consist of the manager touting successes and overlooking issues.
