Suggestions for improvement
- Training needs to be more cooperative with employees and managers. Managers cannot expect employees to do everything if they are not properly trained themselves. Higher more employees to alleviate the stress of 'skeleton crews.' Get rid of your Club program 'goals' to better allow employees to help the customers and not feel pressured to sign people up for store loyalty. The focus should be on customer experience, which will help your sales concerns.
What I like about the company
My general colleagues were awesome to work with, within and across departments. The management team needs to be much more proactive for it's employees. Although I did not use it and it changed (downgraded) early 2018, the employee discount program is decent.
What I dislike about the company
Management favoritism is rampant in the building and is shameful. The training is mostly computer-based and not very helpful for the day-to-day scenarios you might yourself in. The hands-on training you are provided has very little followup and no encouragement to succeed.
